Student photography classes upcoming at the Griffin Museum

The following was submitted by the Griffin Museum of Photography:

The Griffin Museum of Photography in Winchester is offering two upcoming Youth Photography Programs, for students, ages 11-15 years old.

The instructor is internationally recognized lens-based artist, Meghan Ireland, who has led these programs for the last three years, and the museum has received outstanding feedback .

The spring after school program runs April 9- May 14, from 3-5 p.m., on Tuesdays. This program is geared to help students learn to make a photograph, and tell a story with photography.

The Summer Youth Program starts July 23-Aug. 27, from 3-5 p.m., and on Mondays. This program is geared to making a photograph, and building a narrative or series with the student's work.
