Monthly Winchester Riverwalk tours continue July 13

The following was submitted by the Winchester Cultural District:

On Saturday, July 13, join volunteers from the Winchester Cultural District for a guided tour of the Winchester Riverwalk Exhibit, beginning at 10:30 a.m., from the Jenks Center, 109 Skillings Road.

Anchored by four sculptures, the Riverwalk exhibit is currently “augmented” by 12 virtual pieces using  Hoverlay, a spatial web platform. The augmented reality part of the Riverwalk exhibit continues to evolve throughout the next year as new art will be added. Learn about the art, the concept behind the Winchester Riverwalk, and how to experience the augmented reality.

Please download “Hoverlay” to your mobile device from your app store prior to the tour.

There will be two more tours on Aug. 10 and Sept. 21.
