It’s October and the gardens around Winchester continue to deliver. We asked you to send us photos of whatever is growing in your garden and you sent us quite a few.

Clockwise from top left: Alison Swallow's bee balm, Alison Voigt Conlon's zinnias, Bill and Charlotte Band's Montauk daisies, Elisa Jazan's mums, David Feigenbaum's hosta, Rachna Jha's autumn sedum, John McConnell's Virginia creeper, Joyce Maxwell's Swiss chard and Katrina Benenson's dahlia.
