The Winchester Chamber of Commerce welcomed SV Design to town with a ribbon cutting during the architecture and interior design firm’s open house at its new office at 31 Church St. This is SV Design’s third office, with other locations in Beverly and Chatham.

Situated in downtown Winchester, the office offers a team of residential architects and interior designers with expertise in providing integrated services to clients looking for custom home design. The firm’s philosophy of designing spaces of beauty and integrity that are timeless in style, highly functional, and thoughtfully placed within the landscape guides its approach to projects ranging in complexity and scale.

“The Winchester Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome SV Design to the Winchester business community,” said Executive Director Dana Garmey. “We were so pleased to hear that the firm chose Winchester for its third location for your design team and know you will be a valued member of the community. Congratulations and welcome to Winchester!”

“We are thrilled to share the news of SV Design’s Winchester office,” says Tobin Shulman, AIA, principal. “Our doors are open, and the team is already working with clients in town and surrounding areas. We are grateful for this opportunity to expand the firm and connect with new clients in the Greater Boston area. We welcome those looking to build or renovate their home to reach out.”

Established in 1987, SV Design has been providing design services to the North Shore for over 35 years, Cape Cod since 2015, and now the town of Winchester in 2024.

The firm’s reputation for proactively contributing to the cities and towns in which its employees live and work is built on the belief that thoughtful design, brought to life through creative collaboration, has the power to elevate communities and improve lives.

SV Design’s commitment to this is evident not only in its residential portfolio, but in partnerships with non-profits such as YMCA’s, Boys & Girls Clubs, The Cabot, and affordable housing projects with Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) Cape Cod and Harborlight Homes.
