Join Winchester Community Music School on Sunday, Jan. 19 at 3 p.m. for “At the Movies,” a special faculty concert that will feel like a night at the movies! Immerse yourself in a world of beautiful, passionate, and emotional movie music, skillfully arranged for violin, piano, and percussion.

Experience iconic themes from beloved movies like “Cinema Paradiso,” “The Secret Garden,” “Schindler’s List,” “Malèna,” “Once Upon a Time in the West,” “The Mission,” “The Deer Hunter,” “Howl’s Moving Castle,” and more.

The concert also explores the enchanting compositions of celebrated actor and composer Anthony Hopkins, including “And the Waltz Goes On.”

Performed by WCMS faculty member Jorge Ibáñez, piano, with Luis Ibáñez, violin, and Deborah Welsh Ibáñez, percussion.

The concert will be held in-person at WCMS and also streamed live on the WCMS YouTube and Facebook channels. Free admission.
