On Tuesday, March 4, Andersen Group Realty will be holding “Demystifying the Downsizing Process” at Capital Grille, 10 Wayside Road, Burlington, beginning at 4:30 p.m.

The educational seminar on the home sale process will include the following topics: de-cluttering and staging tips from professionals, tax tips, home improvements with the highest ROI (return on investment), how to make a purchase with “retirement income” and how to avoid the legal pitfalls of downsizing.

Attendees will learn how to buy and sell seamlessly, leaving all the work to Andersen Group Realty and its team of preferred partners.
