Last time Mike Arwe, Kevin Drum, Carl Hagge, Waldemar Kozak, Jim Marchant, John Minniti, Stefan Nagel, Elisabeth Westner, Mike Wise, and Peter Woolford identified it as the sign at the intersection of Washington Street and Mt. Vernon Street. See last week’s photo to refresh your memory.

Kozak said that despite the “DO NOT BLOCK STREET” sign, the intersection is blocked 90 percent of the time. Minniti said, “is probably the least respected in Winchester.”
