The following was submitted by Swim Winchester:

On Sunday, April 13, join Swim Winchester at Shannon Beach for a refreshing dip in the Mystic Lake for a Polar Plunge, beginning at 2 p.m.

There will be hot chocolate, prizes and of course, bragging rights.

Register here for the event.

Why should I register in advance?

This event is free and anyone is welcome to join. Swim Winchester encourages swimmers to register in advance so we have a sense of numbers and have enough hot chocolate on hand!

Registrants can also take advantage of fundraising-related prizes that will be given out on plunge day.
