Nouvelle Maison, Winchester’s destination for great coffee, fine provisions, wine and community events, is releasing a full lineup of fall and holiday classes and events designed to bring the community together around exceptional food, wine and home styling. This season’s offerings range from lively beer and cheese pairings to elegant holiday wines and décor-focused gatherings.

Highlights include:
Cheese Meets Beer: Oktoberfest at Lord Hobo (Sept. 30, 6 p.m.): a brewery tour and bold beer and cheese pairing at Lord Hobo in Woburn
Setting the Table with Anne: Fall Colors (Oct. 7, 7 p.m.) and Holiday Colors (Dec. 2, 7:00 PM): stylish décor classes perfect for seasonal entertaining
Meet the Cheeses: Old World vs. New World (Oct. 14, 7 p.m.): a guided tasting that explores global cheese traditions
Meet the Wines: Holiday Edition (Nov. 4, 7 p.m.): a festive exploration of seasonal wine pairings
The Perfect Board Workshop (Nov. 18, 7 p.m.): hands-on board building with artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and accompaniments
Perfect Pairs: Champagne & Caviar (Dec. 9, 7 p.m.): a luxe, guided tasting for those wanting an indulgent winter experience

Nouvelle Maison will also be continuing free weekly Thursday wine tasting from 4-6 .m., where they uncover 2-3 new and varied wines for customers to discover and enjoy.

“This slate of events captures everything we love about fall and holiday seasons: rich flavors and a chance for the community to come together,” said Celine Kimberly, owner of Nouvelle Maison. “We’re thrilled to offer experiences that unite creativity, taste, and conviviality.”
