The following was submitted by the Muraco Elementary School Parent Association:

On Sunday, Dec. 7, the Muraco Elementary School Parent Association (MESPA) will host a community gingerbread house decorating event at the Sons of Italy in Winchester, 117 Swanton St., from 10 a.m. until 12 noon.

Gather your friends, family, and neighbors for a delightful morning of icing, endless candy decorations, and holiday cheer with live music! All are welcome!

Snacks, drinks, and hot chocolate will be available for purchase.

Live music provided by Leo Khudyak, of Keys by Khudyak.

Pre-registration is required and includes all supplies. Cost is $45 per gingerbread house.

Note that this is not a drop off event, and parents should plan to stay with young children.
