Several candidates have pulled nomination papers for the Winchester annual town election on March 21, according to a list posted at Town Hall.

Incumbents are listed for all offices on the ballot, whether or not they have pulled papers to date.

For town moderator, incumbent Philip Frattaroli has pulled papers for the one-year term.

For the Select Board, Shamus Brady and incumbent Michelle Prior have pulled papers for the single three-year seat. Brady is the husband of Select Board member Anthea Brady.

Incumbent Richard Michienzi has pulled papers for the Board of Assessors, and incumbent Dr. Gregory Sawicki has also done so for the Board of Health, both three-year terms.

Five candidates have pulled papers for two available three-year seats on the Planning Board: Amy Beliveau, Jason Roeder and incumbents Keri Layton and Nicholas Rossettos.

For the School Committee, John Bellaire and Heather K.R. Von Mering have pulled papers for one three-year seat currently held by incumbent Michelle Bergstrom, who has not yet pulled papers.

Two three-year seats are up for election on the Board of Library Trustees, currently held by Angela Murdough and Victoria Garcia-Albea. As of the posting, no candidates had pulled papers. One one-year seat is up on the Housing Authority, and no candidates were listed.

Nomination papers are available from the Town Clerk’s Office at Town Hall, 71 Mount Vernon St., and may be pulled through Jan. 28. Papers must be returned with the required signatures by noon Jan. 30. Some candidates have already returned papers, according to the posting.

Pulling or returning nomination papers does not indicate that signatures have been certified or that a candidate will appear on the ballot.
