The weekly commitment is two weekday practices (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday) and one Sunday game (time & location vary).

Coaches must have experience playing and/or coaching lacrosse, a genuine enthusiasm for teaching the game, and a desire to be positive role models for young athletes in Winchester.
