Join Nouvelle Maison, 30 Church St., on Thursday, May 21, from 7-9 p.m., for Cheese 101, a guided introduction to the six essential families of cheese: fresh, bloomy rind, washed rind, alpine, cheddar, gouda, and blue. Learn how to recognize what makes each style unique... and more importantly, delicious!

You’ll taste your way through the lineup alongside a few thoughtfully paired drinks, with non-alcoholic options available. Come curious, bring a friend, and enjoy a relaxed evening of great cheese and conversation.
