Riley Chapel will be holding its exhibit “Building Bridges: LGBTQIA+ & Immigration Experiences Through Photography & First-Person Stories.”

The third annual Ripley presents Pride Exhibit, Family Diversity Projects’ BUILDING BRIDGES: Portraits of Immigrants and Refugees highlights the lived experience of migrating to and living in the United States and includes the stories of folks at the intersection of immigration and LGBTQIA+ identity.

This exhibit celebrates both Pride Month and Immigrant Heritage Month in the United States through stunning photography and moving first-person testimonies.

Visit the exhibit in First Congregational Church’s Ripley Chapel between Sunday, May 31 and Sunday, June 14. Weekday visiting hours are 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., with extended hours on Thursday, June 11 for PRIDEFest. Sunday hours are 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Disclaimer: Some of the testimonies presented in BUILDING BRIDGES may be age-inappropriate or confusing for some children. We recommend that parents/families of children under the age of twelve accompany their children at the exhibit.
