This June, the Winchester Foundation for Educational Excellence is proud to launch Teacher Tribute 2026, a community-wide effort to celebrate the extraordinary educators who inspire, support, and challenge Winchester students every day.

In light of this springs override failure, WFEE is stepping up to help ensure that Winchester educators continue to have access to meaningful professional development opportunities.

The goal is to raise $100,000 to support teacher learning, collaboration, innovation, and growth across the district.

These experiences help teachers bring fresh ideas, new skills, and innovative practices back to their classrooms, benefiting students throughout Winchester.

One of the most popular ways to participate is by purchasing a flamingo in honor of an educator who has made a difference in your child's life. Single flamingos are $25. Can't decide who to honor? Purchase a flock for $125.

New this year: the Golden Flamingo! For $500, you can make an especially meaningful tribute and show your school community just how much you value the educators who make Winchester schools exceptional.

Whether you purchase a flamingo or make a direct donation, every gift helps support professional development for Winchester educators and strengthens our schools for years to come.

Click this link to purchase your flamingos or make a donation.

The greater the support, the bigger the flock! And yes, you can still send a favorite educator a personal message, just give us the information in the form and we will do the rest.

Help WFEE blanket the grounds of every school!

Not sure which school you want to place a flamingo at? Click on donate to make a donation, and WFEE will make sure flamingos flock all Winchester schools on June 26!
