The following was submitted by the Town of Winchester:

The Town of Winchester is seeking five residents interested in serving on the Personnel Board.

This board serves in an advisory capacity to town agencies and the Town Manager.  Duties include assistance in the coordination of collective bargaining activities, as well as making recommendations on compensation and personnel policies.

Members are appointed by a committee of three: the Town Moderator, the Chair of the Select Board and the Chair of the School Committee.

The terms for anyone interested are as follows:

• 3 members for a term to expire June 30, 2029

• 2 members for a term to expire June 30, 2028
