On Thursday, July 23, join Nouvelle Maison and A Borrowed Chef for a festive evening celebrating 250 years of Franco-American friendship through food, wine, and shared hospitality, beginning at 7 p.m., at Nouvelle Maison, 30 Church St.

Inspired by the spirit of an apéro dînatoire, this will be a lively, standing reception rather than a traditional seated dinner. Guests will move through a generous progression of French and American-inspired small bites, with wine pairings woven throughout the evening.

Expect a festive night of thoughtful food, beautiful wines, and good company as we celebrate the friendship, shared values, and culinary traditions that connect France and the United States.

The menu will include: Tuna Niçoise, Buttermilk Crispy Chicken with house ranch, Vichyssoise, BBQ Beef Brisket served with tiny potato salad, Pan-seared Haddock in a saffron white wine sauce with snow peas and a warm Chocolate Brownie with salted caramel sauce.

Tickets are $135. Price includes food and four wine pairings.
