On Tuesday, Sept. 29, the Jenks Center, 109 Skillings Road, will present “Mind of a Killer” with John Olszewski, from 6-7 p.m.

Join us as we examine the history of mass, serial, and spree murder, along with other equally chilling cases, while exploring the public’s enduring fascination with these crimes.

Drawing from the Olszewski’s personal collection of artwork and correspondence from some of history’s most infamous killers, this presentation offers a unique perspective on criminal behavior.

The author of two books on serial killers, Olszewski will share insights into the psychological and developmental factors that may contribute to violent behavior and discuss what researchers believe can influence a person’s path toward murder.

Olszewski has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, a bachelor’s degree in Behavior Science, and an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. He has worked in jails, prisons, mental hospitals, and countless treatment facilities, is the author of three books on the subject and is also the host of a podcast.
