The following was submitted by the Winchester Health Department:

The town of Winchester’s Health Department will be holding public flu and COVID clinics during the month of October.

Clinics will be held on the following Thursdays: Oct. 1, Oct. 15 and Oct. 22, from 5-7 p.m., at the Jenks Center, 109 Skillings Road.

Registration for all clinics is required.

When registering, do not select “No preference” for vaccine type; you must pick vaccine type.

Fees: A fee will be collected if you select “no insurance.” Fees: $25, FluMist; $70, flu shot & High Dose.

If you need to cancel an appointment, cancel directly from the confirmation text/email you will receive after registering.

A seniors only flu and COVID (Pfizer) clinic will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at the Jenks Center. This clinic is for seniors 65 and older.

October flu clinics on Oct. 1 and Oct. 15 are for flu shots, FluMist and High Dose, ages 6 months and older.

The Oct. 22 clinic is for COVID (Pfizer ages 5 and over) & flu shots, FluMist and High Dose, ages 6 months and over.
