On Thursday, Oct. 1, join the Creative Corner School for “Little Readers, Big Futures,” a free early literacy workshop, from 6-7 p.m., at the school, 11 Sheridan Circle.

Discover how literacy begins at birth and grows with your child every step of the way.

The featured speaker will be Christine Cronin, executive director of professional learning. Cronin has over 25 years of experience as an educator and has worked as an elementary teacher and school-level leader. She now works at the district level, focusing on professional learning.

Cronin is a passionate advocate, as an educator and parent, for high-quality, research-aligned language and literacy instruction. Share her journey as an educator in Emily Hanaford’s Sold A Story podcast.

There will be free babysitting for attendees.

This event is sponsored by the Creative Corner School.
