On Wednesday, Sept. 30, the Winchester Coalition for a Safer Community will hold a Recovery & Remembrance Candlelight Vigil on the Common, beginning at 6 p.m. on the town common.
Please join the Winchester Coalition for a Safer Community in gathering to celebrate the recovery community and to remember those who have passed but are not forgotten.
Speakers at the event include:
• State Rep. Michael Day
• Steve Kent, Inside Recovery, local provider
• Barrie Brian, Town of Winchester recovery coach
• Sal Caraviello, counselor
• Others who will share lived experiences
Candles of hope will be lit for those in the community and surrounding communities that are struggling with substance abuse.
