Winchester Town Manager Chris Senior will hold a public hearing on warrant articles for the fall Annual Town Meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 6 p.m. over Zoom, according to a town public notice posted on Monday afternoon.
The hearing covers articles that have not already been the subject of a public hearing, as required under Chapter 2, Section 3.2 of the Winchester Code of By-Laws. Residents must register in advance through this Zoom webinar link.
