What experiences and perspectives would you contribute to Town Meeting?
I am a life long resident of Winchester and bring a long term perspective to Town Meeting.

What are two or three issues facing Winchester that you think are most important and what are your positions on them?
First and foremost is how prohibitively expensive Winchester is for young homeowners.

As a member of the Housing Partnership Board I actively participate in making housing more affordable.

The second issue is the pending override and how that will impact real estate taxes. I am concerned that the people of Winchester will be priced out of town limiting the opportunity for people of different backgrounds to live in Winchester.

What is a special challenge in your precinct that might not be faced in other precincts?
Well the new Lynch School is certainly a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The town does face challenges with the proposed Muraco school.

Why should voters elect you to represent them?
Bringing a lifetime of experience in Winchester positions me to be a valuable member of Town Meeting representing Precinct 7.
