8:00 PM       CIVICO proposal for Waterfield lot.  Discussion of schedule and hiring of Peer Review Consultants for permit approval process.  The Civico application comes to the Planning Board (the special permit granting authority for the Center Business District), under the Planned Unit Development provisions of Winchester’s Zoning Bylaw (Section 7.3.14) and related procedures, submission requirements, design guidelines, and inclusionary housing sections of the Bylaw, as well as CBD Regulations. The development is sited on one of the three potential PUD locations in the CBD and provide 60 rental apartments, of which 40 will be for low-income residents, 71 public parking spaces, and 48 private parking spaces. The Public Hearing for the Waterfield Development will open on Tuesday, August 8.

8:10 PM       Presentation of summary report from consultant Josh Fiala, Principal Planner in the Land Use Department of the Metropolitan Area Planning Council on the Holton, Cross, and Swanton Light Industrial zones and discussion of next steps. 

8:35 PM       Discussion of next steps with consultants Michael Wang and John Rufo, principals of Form + Place working on North Main Street corridor study.

9:05 PM       Board discussion of public outreach efforts.

9:45 PM       Adjourn meeting.
