The sun is shining, the birds are singing and the flowers are exploding in a multitude of color. That must mean it’s time for the Winchester Chamber of Commerce’s annual Garden Tour.

We asked the chamber to send us photos from last week’s tour. And here’s what Associate Director Sarah Norton sent us.
