The Winchester Farmers Market is back in business and on Saturday shoppers were out in force.

In addition to local farms selling produce, there’s always an artist plus artisans (full disclosure: your reporter bought a lovely new handbag).  Mamadou’s Bakery sells out of chocolate croissants fairly quickly, but they always have plenty of breads, and Isobel Magee’s scones are a bestseller.

The Winchester Farmers Market officially opened for the 2024 season on June 8, but the market is now open every Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on the Winchester Town Common.

Come shop with new vendors, including Farmer Dave, as well as many returning vendors.
