Winchester will receive on average $30,000-$50,000 annually until 2038 from opioid settlements.

The Winchester Health Department/Coalition is conducting a Community Needs Assessment around opioids. The goal of this effort is to determine how to most effectively and equitably allocate the opioid settlement funds.

By completing this survey, you can help determine how Winchester uses this money to support our community with addiction treatment, prevention, and recovery programs.
