Winchester Co-operative Bank (WCB) is proud to announce a $10,000 donation to the North Suburban YMCA. This contribution will support the YMCA’s important work in fostering youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility in our community.

This donation highlights our commitment to key initiatives, including the Road Race and Power Scholars programs.

The annual Road Race is a cherished community event that brings people together and promotes physical fitness, while raising crucial funds for the YMCA.

The Power Scholars Academy is a summer learning program designed to help students improve their reading and math skills, combatting summer learning loss and setting them up for success in the school year.

“The YMCA, North Suburban, is a cornerstone of our community,” said a Mark Kellett, WCB president & CEO. “We are honored to support their mission and contribute to programs like the Road Race and Power Scholars, which make lasting impact on the lives of children in our communities and schools.”

Donny Bautz, senior executive director of the YMCA Greater Boston, said, “Our North Suburban YMCA is honored to continue our partnership with Winchester Co-operative Bank. We are thankful for their continuous generosity in supporting our youth summer learning camp and our YMCA community through our services and programs for all.”

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to building a stronger, healthier, and more connected community for everyone.
