Linsey is a professional mediator and mindfulness expert who has worked in the wellness space for 16 years.

Inspired by Indivisible’s “Truth Brigade,” the session will focus on recognizing disinformation, knowing when to engage or disengage, and employing truthful, firm, yet friendly conversation tactics. Attendees will participate in role-playing exercises, practice de-escalation techniques, explore ways to find common ground, and experiment with social media comment drafting, all aimed at fostering constructive dialogue in challenging moments.
