Registration for the Cool Science Club is now open for the summer of 2026!

We are excited to welcome both new and returning students to the Cool Science Club for another summer of discovery! CSC offers a wide array of engaging, interactive activities specifically designed for young scientists entering Pre-K through rising 9th graders.

In addition, we offer a chance for the campers to volunteer to act out in the mystery during the last day activities as the suspects are found guilty.

Camp will run from Monday, Aug. 24 through Friday, Aug. 28, from  9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at the McCall Middle School, 458 Main St., Winchester.

Established and guided by Lanie Higgins, CSC has been a cornerstone of local summer enrichment for over 30 years, inspired by the expertise of several dedicated Winchester educators.

CSC is unique in that all group leaders are certified teachers who have taught or currently teach in the Winchester Public School system.

Our new interactive, inquiry-based curriculum is designed to align with STEAM frameworks, incorporating core science and technology standards.
