Winchester will receive on average $30,000-$50,000 annually until 2038 from opioid settlements.

The Winchester Health Department/Coalition is conducting a Community Needs Assessment around opioids. The goal of this effort is to determine how to most effectively and equitably allocate the opioid settlement funds.
