SV Design is excited to welcome Anne Marie Garcia, LEED AP, as director of Business Development & Marketing.

In this role, Garcia will oversee the firm’s marketing plan and strategically expand SV Design’s portfolio of architecture, interior design and décor, multi-family, and institutional clientele across the North Shore, Greater Boston, and Cape Cod.

With over 15 years of experience in architecture, interiors, and product design, Garcia has a keen ability to nurture relationships and drive client goals forward. Her expertise encompasses client relations, business development, project management, product development, and a demonstrated ability in branding and strategy.

Along with her breadth of experience, Garcia brings her empathetic nature, clear strategic vision, and understanding of the complexities within the industry to SV Design.

Prior to joining SV Design, Garcia was the New England regional director of client relations at E4H Architecture, focusing on client engagement and strategy within the healthcare industry.

Previously, she owned an award-winning interior design studio based in Nashville, Tenn. where she worked with high-end hospitality clients.

Garcia is an advocate for a trauma-informed approach to design to promote healing and has been published in Medical Construction & Design Magazine (MCD).

Garcia studied Sustainable Design at Boston Architectural College and earned a degree in Product Development and Management at Fashion Institute of Design in San Francisco, Calif.
