Yan J. Katz
HUB Wealth Strategies, an affiliate of The Bulfinch Group, is pleased to announce Katz has been named a two-time Forbes’ Best-in-State Financial Security Professional Wealth Advisor by Shook Research®. This award recognizes him as one of the top wealth advisors in Massachusetts, as determined by SHOOK® Research.
Additionally in 2026, Katz was recognized as a two-time President’s Council Club qualifier by The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® (Guardian) and earned the designation of Five Star Wealth Manager for the 10th consecutive year.
The President’s Council is one of Guardian’s highest annual honors, awarded to the top 2% of financial professionals who exemplify outstanding service and client dedication.
Prior to President’s Council, Katz was a 15-time Leaders Club qualifier, and 7-time Executive Club qualifier. The Five Star award is given annually to financial advisors identified through research conducted with peers and firms; including a survey to more than 3,000 registered financial services professionals and all local financial service companies registered with FINRA or the SEC, to select each year’s winners.
Katz is a graduate at Babson College and resides in Winchester, with his wife, Natalie and daughters, Gabby and Ava.
Gracio Garcia

Additionally in 2026, Gracio was named a twenty-first Leaders Club qualifier by The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® (Guardian) and earned the designation of Five Star Wealth Manager for the 15th consecutive year.
Leaders Club is one of the highest honors annually awarded by Guardian to financial professionals who demonstrate outstanding service and dedication to their clients.
