An in-person interactive workshop will be held by the town Planning Board on Tuesday Nov. 21 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Jenks Center.  These initiatives have their roots in the Winchester Master Plan 2030 and will require support at the 2024 Spring Town Meeting. The North Main Street Corridor is the focus of a recent feasibility study and the MBTA Communities Act requires a zoning district for multifamily housing.
