Book Ends will host an Indie Author Showcase 2025 on Saturday, Nov. 22, from noon to 5 p.m. Visit the book store and meet local independent authors; each author will have their own books for sale which they can sign.

Remember, signed books make the best holiday gifts! Check out the authors and their books and come to meet one or all of them throughout the day.

The following is the schedule for the event:

• Noon – 1 p.m.: Rachel Diamond Calow (“Port to Port”), A.E. Macdonald (“The Macdonalds of Cedar Park”)

• 1–2 p.m.:  Danielle Renino (“How It Haunts Us”), Izzy Deleo (“Fiction For Justice”)

• 2–3 p.m.:  Cecile Ganne (“Scent of a Truffle”)

• 3–4 p.m.:  Elyse Fritschel (“The Disease Detective”), Eric J. Polli (“The 10th Round”)

• 4–5 p.m.:  Lynn Ricci (“Matchless”), Leslie Medalie (“Musing from The Magic Desk”)

Book Ends has been Winchester’s beloved independent bookstore since 1984. Lauren Tiedemann and Jillian Hartline are the current owners of Book Ends, having bought the store from longtime owner Judy Manzo in November 2022.

Book Ends has launched many new initiatives, including story time every Wednesday and Saturday morning, monthly meetings for general interest, SciFi/Fantasy/Horror book clubs, and monthly wine tastings.
