The Network for Social Justice has moved its Second Annual Women’s History Month Celebration and Fundraiser — to be held on Saturday, April 5, from 4–6 p.m., — to the Griffin Museum, 67 Shore Road, Winchester.

This event will feature a panel of the 2025 honorees, who are local women STEM leaders, and opportunities for networking across professions and generations.

Open to everyone – tech and STEM professionals, students, parents, teachers – this Women’s History Month celebration centers on the belief that STEM affects everyone, and women deserve a voice in shaping its future.

The honorees, who will share personal stories and career highlights on a panel during the event, are:

Rawan Angele Khabbaz – Math educator expanding access to STEM for marginalized students.

Fuxin Shi – Biomedical researcher advancing treatments for unmet needs.

Karin Lamson, Ashley Byrne and Riya Karunakaran - Girls Who Code – Closing the gender gap in tech.

Maggie Jackson – Robotics and engineering educator in Winchester.

Meredith Thompson – Researcher and educator implementing technology-based learning systems.

The NFSJ Women’s History Month Celebration and Fundraiser is open to all. NFSJ hopes you’ll join for an afternoon of engaging conversation, an inspiring panel discussion, light refreshments and community building.
