Book Ends held an Indie Author Showcase 2025 on Nov. 22, featuring several local authors who did meet and greets with shoppers and signed books.

Participating authors included: Rachel Diamond Calow, A.E. Macdonald, Danielle Renino, Izzy Deleo, Cecile Ganne, Elyse Fritschel, Eric J. Polli, Lynn Ricci and Leslie Medalie.

Book Ends, 559 Main St., has been Winchester's beloved independent bookstore since 1984. Lauren Tiedemann and Jillian Hartline are the current owners of Book Ends, having bought the store from longtime owner Judy Manzo in November 2022.

Book Ends has launched many new initiatives, including story time every Wednesday and Saturday morning, monthly meetings for general interest, SciFi/Fantasy/Horror book clubs, and monthly wine tastings.
