Karma Asian Fusion in Winchester, renowned for innovative sushi and a luxury atmosphere, is elevating their midweek dining experiences with a fresh lineup of culinary and cocktail options.
Loyal guests and newcomers are invited to enjoy the newly launched Happy Hour Small Bites Menu on Mondays, Seasonal Sips daily, and a curated Flights & Bites tasting menu available on Wednesdays. Karma continues to blend artistry, flavor, and community.

Happy Hour Small Bites Menu – Mondays, 4–6 p.m.
Guests can now ease into the week with Karma’s new Monday Happy Hour Small Bites Menu, featuring a curated selection of favorites and shareable snacks. Offerings include:
● Karma Sampler – A shareable spread of boneless spareribs, vegetable spring rolls, chicken wings, and char-grilled beef teriyaki.
● Crab Rangoons – Crispy wontons filled with cream cheese and fresh crab, served with duck sauce.
● Crispy Beef Bao Buns – Steamed buns filled with crispy beef, pickled vegetables, and savory-sweet hoisin glaze.
● Scallion Pancakes – Flaky, pan-fried layers infused with fresh scallions.
● Xiao Long Bao – Pork soup dumplings served with a ginger-soy dipping sauce.

● The 5th Season – A hot-toddy–inspired cocktail featuring Akashi ume and Karma’s exclusive Kaiyo Japanese whiskey.
● Fireside Fig – A smooth, nutty cocktail with fig undertones enhanced by vanilla, orange, and chocolate bitters.
