Here in Winchester, the storm dropped at least 18 inches of snow from when it started early Sunday morning, Jan. 25 through the night and into the morning of Monday, Jan. 26.
Flurries were still falling Monday afternoon, as Winchester residents dug out. Many stores in downtown were closed, as was Town Hall and Winchester Public Schools.

The National Weather Service has predicted some additional light snow from Jan. 26 through Jan. 29, about 2 inches in the Greater Boston area. Temperatures are also expected to drop.

In the meantime, as everyone continues snow removal, Winchester News asked residents to send us their snow photos and many did. Our staffers were also out taking photos, as they dug out from the snow.
