The Just A Minute Festival, an international celebration of short-form storytelling, invites audiences to a special screening at the Lexington Venue, 1794 Massachusetts Ave., Lexington, on Thursday, July 16, beginning at 7p.m., featuring 60 minutes of audience favorites, award winners, and unforgettable moments from past festivals, along with a preview of standout films from this year’s competition.
The event is free.
From comedy and drama to animation, documentaries, and experimental works, these remarkable one-minute films demonstrate the creativity, imagination, and storytelling talent of filmmakers from around the world.
Audiences will experience a fast-paced and entertaining program filled with laughter, inspiration, surprises, and thought-provoking moments.

About the Just A Minute Festival
The Just A Minute Festival, now in its 15th year, is an international online film festival dedicated to celebrating the art of short-form storytelling. Featuring films that are 60 seconds or less, the festival provides a platform for filmmakers from around the world to share compelling stories in a highly creative and accessible format.
Through audience voting and cash prizes, the festival encourages participation from both filmmakers and viewers while showcasing the limitless possibilities of one-minute cinema. This year’s event had more than 400 submissions from 39 countries.
